We recognise the importance of protecting your investment and maintaining reliable equipment ready for work when you are. Not only do we sell quality products we also service all our products directly by our factory trained service engineers supported by the National and International Technical Help Desks.
Our Preventative Maintenance program provides you with cover for all callout and labour costs incurred during normal business hours and in addition provides for planned preventative maintenance visits on a six monthly cycle. The Preventative Maintenance inspections are automatically scheduled and initiated by the service department at the appropriate time, supported by a technical report by the service engineer upon completion of the service performed. If required we can tailor a service package to suit your requirements without compromising quality.
